- Is Reltext free?
- Yes. Writing, syncing and Markdown export are free. Reltext Pro is an optional subscription, available in the iPhone and Android apps, that adds multiple sites, full version history, 5 GB of image storage and additional export formats. Monthly and yearly plans are shown in the app in your local currency; new subscribers may be eligible for a free trial.
- Where is my account data stored?
- Account, draft, version, and media records are processed by Supabase in Singapore. The public Web app is delivered by Vercel.
- Can I take my writing elsewhere?
- Yes. On the Web and in the apps you can copy a draft as Markdown or export Markdown, plain text, or Markdown with images as a .zip. Pro adds PDF, web page and Word.
- What happens if two devices change the same draft?
- Reltext does not silently choose a winner. If the devices changed different lines, Reltext merges them; if they changed the same line, you choose to keep yours or use the other version.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. Account deletion is available in Settings on the Web and in the apps and removes the Reltext account and its stored cloud data. Published files already in your own GitHub repository remain under your control.
- Where will publishing send my posts?
- Only a version you explicitly confirm, to a GitHub repository you own, through a GitHub App you install there. Reltext keeps no long-lived GitHub token.
- Is the Mobile app available in stores?
- The iPhone app is in App Store review, and the Android app is in testing on Google Play.
